Within Kurt Salmon, the ‘Financial Subsidy Services’ department combines EU coverage with in-depth local knowledge of “programmes” and environments which allows us to offer a comprehensive set of consultancy services dedicated to financial subsidies. The assistance is widespread through thematic supports in the fields of Research & Development, regional development, export and international cooperation, environment and energy, personnel and education or technological cooperation.
We are currently looking for Interns/Business Analysts for our ‘Financial Subsidy Services’ consultancy. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in the development of our practice and accompany subsidized projects from their building to their implementation and follow-up at national and European level. The applicant will support the consultants in:
- screening the funding “programmes” to identify opportunities,
- building up project proposals in line with funding schemes,
- following the process to obtain and secure the subsidies,
- reporting activities to the managing authorities,
- or monitoring the project’s compliance with administrative requirements.

Ideal candidates for an Intern/BA position:
- Are about to complete a master’s degree or have up to two years’ post qualification experience,
- Must have a strong academic background with a master degree in Engineering or scientific school from a leading European university,
- Need high levels of personal motivation and a strong ability to communicate at all levels, with entrepreneurial drive,
- Desire and willing to serve clients, to learn continuously, to solve problems,
- Enjoy working in teams,
- Can easily communicate in English, French or German.
