A specific programme has been developed for interns and business analysts. Its goal is to offer our junior employees an access to all our business lines, as well as a dedicated training platform. The programmes’s goal is to:

• Guarantee the acquisition of all the consulting skills required to become a consultant.
• Offer our employees various experiences, giving them the chance to discover all our sectors and functions.
• Promote internal moves between Groups and support the candidate in choosing his/her specialisation (wishes expressed during the recruiting process will be taken into account for the assignments).
